  I'm one of the founding directors of MediRecruit and Allied Health Podcast. Our dynamic, specialist allied health and medical recruitment agency has been operating in Australia for over twenty years. Its success has been primarily driven by our dedication to deliver results for our candidates that extend well beyond job placement. Traditional recruitment agencies are quite transactional. It's about interviews, paperwork and ensuring you get paid on time. For us, that's just entry level. It's about ensuring a candidate takes the next step in their career and towards the life they have always wanted. That is what marks us as unique. I've come from an allied health background as has my co-director Danielle, and because of that, we understand what you need. Of course, being in business for this long and being wholly Australian owned and operated, we have a very valued network of hospitals, general practices, medical device firms and injury management providers with which we partner with. We ensure their goals are met and in line with our candidates' objectives. We also collaborate with specialist consultants to ensure candidates have insight and understanding of what a career in Medicine, Medical Device Sales, Injury Management or Injury Prevention entails.
