I worked with the team of Project Managers to review the legacy assets and assess the scope of migration. Managed the allocation of migration ownership across the various domain leads within the practice, coordinated progress and reported to the practice lead- Shadowed the delivery of the organisation’s IR35 project. ECS initiated the ‘IR35 Readiness’ Project to develop its own strategic intent to hire individuals “inside IR35” in line with market activity increasing. Assisting the Project Manager within the Governance workstream within the IR35 project I arrange meetings, take part in calls and facilitate where appropriate, compile PowerPoint presentations and VISIO diagrams, In addition I take the minutes at the fortnightly Steering Group call and weekly Core Project call.- Support in the running of the practice’s weekly meetings, ensuring that all required updates and demos are available for effective delivery of the session- Coordination of travel budget and booking for project teams based on client’ site- Coordination of the Practice’s events, such as;o Team Away Day, this includes structure and agenda of sessions, presentations, summary of outcome, as well as managing logistics with venues and team members availability; o Team members’ periodic travel between sites (Edinburgh and London), including booking of accommodation Show more Show less
