Overseeing content delivery for Jaguar's new UK website - The Jaguar Digital Experience – www.jaguar.co.uk - this was the blueprint site for global roll out. I was responsible for key stakeholder management and the development of a Content Management process to ensure the creation and approval of over 3000 assets and associated copy for the new website. This included video, for multi-screen compatibility – reformatting to cater for mobile, tablet and desktop devices. I was responsible for overseeing content creation and delivery for supply to website authors and build agencies for crafting the website for UAT. Ultimately the systems and processes put in place, enabled the team and I to oversee content collation, QA, delivery and UAT every step of the way, ensuring the timely delivery of a beautiful website. The successful launch of JDX UK has secured the roll out of the site globally in over 30 countries. I was involved in the planning process for deployment and localisation of the site globally.
