It is a rare gift to be able to hold so many cards, but know exactly when to play your hand. As a leader and CEO, knowing when to give your team space and when to provide direction is an important skill, but not one that is easily mastered. She inspires both trust and confidence in your own abilities, while quietly offering reassurance in her own. She has a thirst for knowledge and learning that is rivalled only by her determination to tackle a challenge and succeed where others have either failed or failed to try. I wish I had more time to soak in her wisdom and learn the quiet art of reflection.       Little Wings is a nonprofit organization that provides free, professional and safe flight and ground transport services for sick children in rural and regional NSW. We strive to ease the journey and help sick children access specialised medical services and treatments that are only available in major cities or towns. We do everything we can to support families by easing the financial burden, emotional strain and travel fatigue that they experience due to the long-distance travel associated with receiving vital medical treatment.
