My role as a Shift Lead at Voicebox Rino was to act as a floor manager when no other managers were available. I helped increase the effectiveness of communication and support in all positions of the bar. I have been trained in all roles of the Front of the House including, host, server, bar-back, and bartender. I was persistent in creating a healthy and fun environment that accentuated the flow and groove of our bar. All in which benefited the overall experiences of our guests. I was also in charge of training all new hires in different positions in the bar as well as being responsible for keeping records and notes for all new hires. Show less

As an Assaultive Behavior Management Expert at CARD, I was responsible for implementing and conducting training with all the center's therapists. I taught preventative strategies for crisis behavior and assaultive behavior management physical moves specific to clients and their Behavior Intervention Plans(BIPS). This position required me to follow up and arrange overlaps with therapists to make sure everything was being implemented safely, correctly and efficiently. I ensured that I had a strong relationship with my supervisors and administrators to discuss proper updates and changes in clients BIPs. I was also in charge of keeping updated records on which therapists needed training and recertifications as well as assisting surrounding centers who did not have a current ABM Expert. Show less

I assisted the director of the Colorado Supreme Court Library to construct a template that allowed us to organize thousands of emails from different chambers of the court. These chambers include the Supreme Court Justices, the Court of Appeals Judges, County/ District Judges, Presiding Disciplinary Judge, Attorney Generals and also non-judges. The final project was used to receive funding to launch a new government website. This website is now available in Colorado to any non-members of the court who are having any legal questions or need legal advice. I completed an 80-page project that highlighted my ability to arrange a large sum of unorganized data into a database and the database was created to make that information more comprehensible and practicable.
