Project managed delivery of a European-wide Save Energy at Work project funded by the EU Horizon 2020 initiative involving 200+ staff and a team of volunteers in collaboration with Severn Wye Agency. The target was 5-10%, a 16% energy saving was realised as an output of creating a culture of recognition and genuine team spirit making us 1st in the UK and 4th across Europe.
