It includes list management, delivering elite training, coaching and match preparation and integrating all levels of the pathway to the elite teams.

• Match Operations and Venue Manager

  I lead and manage the Cricket New South Wales (CNSW) Match and Venue Operations Team to deliver world class match, venue and training operations for all elite cricket taking place within New South Wales, including international, domestic and W/BBL fixtures.I am responsible for the scheduling and delivery of the host match and training program, match and training operations and the management of the Blacktown International Sportspark during the cricket season. I lead venue hire agreements and provide leadership and guidance to my team based on my high level of expertise. I also manage the warehousing process of our Sydney Olympic Park facility while overseeing all policies and processes for operations across the CNSW portfolio.

Hong Kong Cricket Club

  Responsible for overseeing the Women's cricket program at HKCC including girls juniors and 2 senior Women's teams. Convenor of the U/13 junior cricket section, responsible for nearly 90 kids and three U/13 teams competing in the HKCA Junior League. - Tasked with organising and managing ladies and junior overseas cricket tours to the UK and throughout Asia, including two highly successful tours to Japan and London, where HKCC received the privilege of playing at Lords - Tasked with the creation and implementation of a seasonal Ladies Cricket program, including pre, in, post and off season phases - Creation and implementation of a 16 week junior cricket program specifically targeting girls from 5-8 and 9-12 years old - Initiate strategies to allow maximum participation for juniors with limited ground availability. For example concentrated age group tournaments, obtaining alternate venues, modifying rules - Successfully communicate with players from varying backgrounds, including local Chinese and a wide variety of expats of varying ages



KNCB

• Coach - Netherlands Ladies National Cricket Team

  Tasked with preparing the Netherlands National Women’s Cricket team for the 2012 European Cup and the 2013 ICC T20 Women’s World Cup Qualifier in Ireland, as well as the ECB Division 2 County Championship - Instil in the team the highest standards of behaviour and discipline - Act as an overseas player/coach in the ECB County Championship Division 2 - Plan and implement the high performance program for the squad covering all aspects of the game including skill sessions, fitness, tactical and strategic sessions - Plan and implement training programs for individuals, with very specific performance targets, focusing on skill development and match awareness - Successfully communicate with individuals within the squad from differing backgrounds and english as a second language - Sit on the National Selection Panel - Support and work closely with the national team captain to ensure culture both on and off the field is maintained - Manage all tours to the UK while competing in the ECB County Championship, including logistics and match preparation - Perform at a high standard on the field to ensure position maintained in division 2 - Manage team through ICC European Cup, securing qualification for the World Cup Qualifier - Manage team through ICC T20 Women’s World Cup Qualifier, ensuring throughout the duration of the two week tournament players are physically and mentally prepared to perform at the highest level - Provide advise and guidance to captain throughout the tournaments on ICC playing conditions, media interactions and player management
