Clare led our team through redefinition of three brands simultaneously. She had an ability to embrace the whole of the problem and propose three completely new paths that were built on authenticity and the shared experience of a very diverse group. I will consider myself lucky to work with her again.

Where to begin! I first met Clare while I was leading Hair Care Design for P&G, and she was at Grey, leading a team working on big ideas for Pantene. No small task! I was instantly impressed by Clare's ability to bring a diverse group of people together, often with different agendas, to deliver a high-quality product. She is a master at connecting dots across multiple stakeholders at varying levels of seniority, not only within the client's organization but with an external peer set as well (multiple agencies at the table together). I worked with Clare again while I was leading Global Design for The Hershey Company, and she was leading Creative Strategy for NiCE, LTD. In this capacity, Clare was instrumental in forming the creative team that helped deliver double-digit growth for the Reese's brand, ultimately garnering NiCE, LTD, the title of AOR. Additionally, she was a critical strategic partner as we repositioned Take5, PayDay, and O'Henry, working through multiple stakeholders and testing/research hurdles. Clare is a thought-provoking strategist who delivers. It's also helpful that she is a great human being. I look forward to our paths crossing again!
