  I am doing my ophthalmological residency in an important tertiary care hospital in Barcelona, being one of the hospitals in Spain that admit a greater number of patients. It has a highly specialized ophthalmology department, which is a national referral center for the treatment of intraocular tumors (brachytherapy), retinal dystrophies, complex vitreoretinal surgical cases, orbital tumors, orbital decompression, and keratoplasties.
