      I was part of the commissioning team for Burjeel Hospital. I headhunted most of his senior management team which resulted in creating a new niche for premium private hospitals. Valet Parking, Medical Concierge, 5 star Restaurants, Duplex Suites all provided the support that good clinical outcomes need. I was instrumental in hiring top-notch doctors from all over the world which resulted in creating one of the finest private hospitals in the region. With over 300 doctors and more than 2000 multicultural staff, I have led Burjeel hospital to become a leader and a multi-billion dollar healthcare brand. As CEO, I am overseeing the expansion of the Burjeel brand in Abu Dhabi which includes the Burjeel Medical Center at Deerfields, Al Bahia and other upcoming projects in Reem Island, Al Ain, Western Abu Dhabi Region, Doha ( Qatar), Kuwait and Oman. I also have written several publications on “Customer Care in Hospital” & “Quality in Healthcare Settings”.
