Coordinated attorneys, developed draft documents and verified quality of all submissions against codebase and strategic direction. CUSTOMER SUPPORT-TO-ENGINEERING COMMUNICATION INITIATIVE Customer Support employees' interactions with Engineering had been limited to filing bugs and expecting resolution. Implemented a program for quality bug research, reproduction and triage with clear communication back to CS team.
