  I am an experienced Recruitment Consultant having worked within the Space and Satellite sector for over 10 years. I enjoy introducing talented engineers to market leading organisations across Europe, the UK & the United States and have access to some of the most innovative, thought provoking opportunities within the industry. Over the last few years, I have successfully placed candidates within a variety of projects including Galileo (Batch 2&3), SmallGeo, EDRS-C, MTG, MetOp, EnMAP, ExoMars, Solar Orbiter, SAR-Lupe and PLATO. The technical skills include; Assembly, Integration and Test (Electrical and Mechanical) EGSE, MGSE, Product Assurance, Quality Assurance, Software, Systems, Propulsion, Thermal Engineering and Design. From initial concept through to pre launch environmental test campaigns, we can assist with all stages of the product lifecycle. Due to Capital International holding their own ANÜ/AÜG licence (Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz) we are able to place engineers on a contract basis within Germany directly and therefore do not require any 3rd party input. We opened a German branch in 2019 which has enabled Capital International to continue trading within the EU, regardless of the imminent Brexit outcome. In 2020, an additional Dutch office has been added to the portfolio. Facilities Clearance has been granted, therefore we can apply for candidate Security Clearances if required.
