In working for this B2B company I managed three critical customer portfolios; trade events, industry partnerships and digital platforms. Along with guiding brand, product and communications activity. - I oversaw multiple Australasian trade events per year, each with a budget of up to a half a million dollars. For every event I developed and implemented an ELT endorsed strategy that achieved up to 800% ROI. Managing these trade events included stand design, product delivery, technical requirements, staff training, marketing materials, media, communications and all project logistics. - As a result of Tabcorp’s Gaming Services merging with two other major gaming businesses I led the renegotiations of corporate partnerships with industry bodies – achieving on average a 25% increase in benefits whilst reducing financial investment by up to 50%. I also managed the day-to-day relations, introducing new procedures and practices to improve business access to industry leaders and utilisiation of benefits. - Following the business restructure of product delivery I became a custodian of digital platforms, due to my proven digital acumen. This included overseeing the operational functionality of all digital marketing tools and the CX of many customer facing platforms. Due to my successful delivery of these tools within gaming services many were adopted by Tabcorp’s corporate and wagering divisions. Show less
