I had the honour of working alongside Claire as student executives and leaders with the Management Student Association at UBC. Claire is one of the most professional and hard working women I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Not only is she extremely well spoken (in 5 languages nonetheless) but she has an elegance and maturity about her that makes every client trust her and enjoy her presence. I am extremely excited to watch where her career takes her as I am sure she will do wonders.

Aside from being a pleasure to work with, Claire is a take-charge person who is able to lead and motivate a team. Being fluent in several languages, Claire has no problem at all to adjust to an international environment. While she was an asset on the floor in the restaurant, Claire was also extraordinarily helpful in others areas of the company. In addition to being in charge of the hiring process prior to the opening and being in charge of our reservation system, Claire was our sales representative, wrote a transition package for other managers to come, dealt with all hotels & resort agent liaisons, and managed the restaurant and bar when I was away. Despite her lack of experience in the restaurant industry when she first arrived, Claire made up for it with dedication, very hard work and curiosity. She learned very quickly and surpassed my expectations. I was particularly impressed when she was in charge of planning a wedding from start to finish. Claire is extremely organized and despite it being the first wedding at The Barn, the event went flawlessly. I highly recommend Claire for employment. She is a team player and would be a great asset to any organization.
