Claire is responsible for the Marketing & Events Department within the Exclaim IT business. This incorporates the design, planning and execution of all Exclaim IT marketing endeavours (client tenders and presentations, candidate campaigns, staff social & well-being program, website development and management, social media, sponsorships etc.). She is also responsible for the planning and coordination of all contractor and client focused events as well as any internal company events. Claire is the coordinator of the Business Innovation Group - Brisbane, an exclusive organised platform where Brisbane C'Suite Executives & Business Leaders are able to connect, learn, enhance and participate. The aim of the group being to take business processes and outcomes to the next level through innovative thinking, events, collaboration and technology. Ensuring that all professionals of the Exclaim contractor network are working in safe/comfortable environments within our client sites and being available to them at all times should there be any WHS concerns. I am also the first point of contact should any WHS incidents occur as Exclaim IT work alongside the relative client to provide support to our contractors and undergothe Incident Management Process. For each new Exclaim IT contractor that is placed on any given client site, the following processes are undertaken:1. Workpro Completion: Our online Workplace Health and Safety Induction is specific to an office and ICT Worker environment so by completing the relative modules, Exclaim contractors are prepared with the specifics relevant to the work being undertaken.2. WHS Site Inspection: All client sites must have a site inspection taken place to ensure that the environment if safe for Exclaim contractors. This involves coordinating with a representative from the client site and going through a checklist of over 40 different criteria. Contractor safety is important to us!3. WHS Site Induction Confirmation: Confirmation/Verification to confirm whether the client has provided a thorough site induction for each contractor. This incorporates the site evacuation plans, policies, workplace facilities etc. We ensure that our contractors have been made fully aware of any important safety details regarding working at any given site.As the Exclaim IT WHS Advisor, I am the first point of contact for any WHS incidents take place to our contractors whilst they are onsite at client sites. I am here to support and assist our contractors through the process and ensure that everything reasonably practicable is in place to ensure the ongoing safety of our professional network.
