  As a mobilisation expert I work with a range of charities and progressive not-for-profits to help them to increase their impact. I specialise in digital campaigning, mobilisation and integrated supporter journeys. I particularly enjoy the mix of high level strategy work and hands-on detailed delivery. I work with clients on a range of projects from small consultancy pieces to large multi-year strategic and delivery projects. My work includes: * Campaign and/or fundraising strategy design and execution * Mobilisation strategy and execution * Supporter journey design (including across multiple countries and languages) * Testing and optimisation planning and execution * Creative process facilitation * Technology support and training (especially campaigning and fundraising platforms and email tools) * Training event design and delivery * The production of training materials * Supporter acquisition I work on a range of issues including climate change, international development, social care, etc.

  Working on the mobilisation team I developed and delivered mobilisation strategies to encourage the existing supporter base to take action and recruiting new supporters. I led the mobilisation efforts for the 'Arctic Roar' project where we placed a 3 tonne puppet polar bear outside Shell's office to protest Arctic drilling. This included coordinating activist briefing and content gathering, managing a large team and coordinating live-streamed videos from the site. As well as ensuring we had a great website, email and social media communications throughout.
