As our business has grown, we realised that we didn't have our ducks in a row with regards to HR. While we had employment agreements — they were not to an appropriate, robust standard. We asked for help from Harrison HR, and we very impressed with the service that was provided. Their service was definitely not a 'tick and flick' exercise. It was much more considered. They brought a depth of knowledge, experience and insight — making recommendations that were relevant to our business. We now have all our processes in shape, and peace of mind that comes with knowing that everything is in order. They have also helped us to work through the process of a staff member being made redundant, so that everything was handled smoothly. There are many HR consultants out there, and I have dealt with a few over our 26 years in business. In my experience, Harrison HR are at the top of the pile. If you are looking for someone who is across employment law, who understands business and who recognises the importance of building a positive, productive culture, then I recommend you give them a call.

Claire organised the first HR Summit in 2018 to educate, inspire and empower HR professionals for the future of work and the required skill sets to not only survive but thrive in this fast paced and new economy. I had the pleasure to be one of the guest speakers to talk about the importance of building a Brand rather than just a career or business and have to say - Claire did nothing but an amazing job in not only bringing it all together, creating a buzzing vibe that captivates and selected topics and speakers who were right on the pulse. I'm looking forward to many more events and initiatives from Claire to prepare HR professionals for this ever changing world of work!
