  As a summer intern at Elevate Festival, I had the incredible opportunity to contribute to the seamless experience of festival-goers through the development of a cutting-edge mobile app and the management of the festival's website. Over the summer, I collaborated closely with a talented operations team, ensuring that attendees could fully immerse themselves in the festival's vibrant atmosphere. Leveraging my technical skills and creative problem-solving abilities, I actively contributed to the app and website's functionality by implementing features, such as event schedules, event information, and speaker information. I communicated regularly with team members to ensure timely updates and resolve any issues that arose during the development and maintenance process. I contributed to a positive and collaborative work environment that fostered creativity, innovation, and efficient problem-solving. During the festival, I provided valuable support by assisting with reception at the front gate. I warmly greeted attendees, distributed name cards and wristbands, and ensured a smooth check-in process and a positive first impression. By effectively managing the reception area with a kind group of volunteers, I contributed to creating a welcoming and organized environment for festival-goers. Show less
