  I support learners across three different qualifications from levels 2 to 5. I am a Internal Verifier for all of the childcare qualifications I assess and teach where I support assessors to maintain quality assurance within our department. I have had experience with teaching all of the qualifications I assess at different levels and I have also had the opportunity to teach childcare qualifications in Further Education.   I worked at Munchkins Day Nursery for 7 years, after three years working in the nursery I was promoted to Manager, my key responsibilities were organising the everyday running of the nursery, maintaining positive relationships with staff and parents, carrying out staff appraisals, recording and receiving payments from parents and organising staff meeting. I was also the in-house assessor for the staff who were training to achieve their Early Years qualifications.
