  My main role within Walton Summit Truck Centre is managing the marketing department which includes website maintenance, marketing planning, budgeting, raising marketing claims, sending email shots for monthly campaigns & offers, advertising in the local press & online, organising events, social media, reporting on manufacturer statistics, reporting on marketing activity & success. With my accounts background, I also cover credit control which entails reconciling payments, chasing debtors, credit searches, opening new accounts & reporting to managers. Within my sales administrative role, I arrange vehicle deliveries, complete handover documents, raise internal & external orders, update stock books & vehicle files, tax vehicles on AFRL & V55’s. I am also in charge of the storage contracts for our Cassoa gold standard caravan/motorhome storage facility, this includes selling & raising contracts, collecting fees plus liaising with customers should a problem arise.
