It was a high-stakes, controversial project, but Claire approached the work with a spirit of professionalism, curiosity, and care for community residents and businesses. Whether it was supporting one-on-one stakeholder briefings, conducting direct outreach with community members, or writing mass notifications, I could count on Claire to always do an excellent job!
