      General Manager - Overseeing all aspects of iCamps ski lodge in Mt. Naeba, Japan. Team Leader for all staff around the hotel from the bar/ restaurant/ kitchen/ ski rental shop to housekeeping. Management of the customer invoices and reconciliation of accounts. Completing monthly stock take for bar, iCamp merchandise and ski shop. Quality checking rooms on a daily basis while also covering members of staff on their days off. My hours were never set in stone due to the changing volume of guests and demand from customers staying at the hotel in addition to local walk-ins for the bar and restaurant. We also hosted 3 international schools from Thailand over a 2 week period for their residential ski trips. During this time all staff were required to work 15hours per day, with all staff pitching in wherever and whenever needed.
