I am a qualified teacher of all five parts of the programme and teach internationally, as well as co-directing the Shambhala Art programme across Europe. Shambhala Art is a contemplative arts education programme which draws on ancient and contemporary wisdom traditions. Through a series of practical exercises and talks, the mindfulness and awareness focussed curriculum provides participants with the opportunity to investigate how developing presence in perception can aid a saner engagement with everyday life and creative endeavours.
