  ● Evaluated Better Work Jordan’s sustainability using tools developed by the U.S. Department of Labor and provided suggestions for improving Better Work Jordan’s sustainability plans. ● Assisted with data collection and led the analysis and dissemination of findings from surveys of workers and managers in Better Work Jordan participating factories. ● Reviewed Better Work Jordan’s monitoring and evaluation framework and proposed amendments, including advances in strategic thinking and writing and developing the logistical framework in conjunction with Better Work Jordan staff. ● Wrote a research brief describing the main results from the June worker’s survey for a national and international audience.● Assisted with survey design and methodology and writing for a forthcoming report on job retention in Jordan’s satellite factory units. ● Developed code from the Jordan impact indicator survey project to standardized analysis across Better Work country programs and merge relevant data.
