Responsible for all administrative, financial and program management of $800K non-profit organization with 12 employees and 21-member board of directors. Develop and implement strategies that meet the CID's goals. Launched new website, logo and communications. Led retail and office tenant attraction efforts. Produced events and placemaking initiatives including a farmers market, Fall Fun Day, Milian Park concerts, public seating and art installations. Enhanced operations of Clean Team Ambassadors, the MVT CID on-street staff consisting of formerly homeless individuals. Advocated for improved park and public space. Presented at industry seminars, gave tours and represented the organization with the diverse community, reporters, real estate industry and other stakeholders. The MVT CID is a growing downtown-adjacent neighborhood with 1.8 million SF of office, 4,500 residential units, 238 hotel rooms and 301,000 SF of retail existing and under construction. The MVT reflects DC's unique mix of historic and modern buildings; longtime and new residents; and diverse cultures, restaurants, and experiences.

Directed formation and growth of the BID and Yards Park LLC organizations. Managed neighborhood and park maintenance and oversaw creative design and content development for all marketing materials. It is one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in DC, with a total build out projection of 6.9 million SF of office, 10,800 residential units, 882,000 SF of retail, 10 acres of parks and 2 miles of riverwalk trails and over 3 million visitors annually for Nationals Baseball and other special events.
