Created a wide ranging staff education programme and a set of project targets to provide staff with the means to drive the sustainability agenda forward. Led a creative consultant team charged with spearheading the sustainable regeneration of a brownfields site, creating a programme of events and built interventions to attract people to the site and inform the design of the final mixed-use development.
