Despite the Champagne flowing all night, we managed to stay sober enough to exchange details and after spending a weekend recovering from the nights festivities, we immediately contacted Claire with a view to her producing some Marketing literature for us. Within a day Claire had arranged to meet us and although our brief was vague, we knew we needed something that would tell our customers everything they needed to know about our products, without overloading them with words. This instruction was more than enough info for Claire and her design team and they frantically set about designing a modern, clean and fashionable template to base our literature on. Claire worked to get an understanding of the customers we were looking to target and also gave our products to her team to get a ‘customers’ viewpoint and within a few days had produced the first draft of our all new sales brochure. Not only had Claire produced a single brochure, but she had also produced a number of alternative designs, which we found making the ultimate decision of choice much easier, as often you don’t know exactly what it is you want, until you see it and this was the case with ours. From the designs Claire showed us we were able to chose exactly the effect we were looking for and with a little tweaking, Claire’s team have managed to produce a document that we feel, hits the nail squarely on the head! The final drafts have just been signed off and to say that we are pleased with the end product is an understatement! It is apparent that this high level of service is offered to each and every one of Chalk Medias customers, which has in turn allowed them to build a very large and retained customer base and perhaps goes some way to justifying the recognition and praise that Claire and her team have received from their peers within the business community and indeed more importantly from her customers.
