I have worked with Claire on two occasions where she was my line manager in both Starbucks and Gap albeit both for relatively short periods of time. Claire is a seasoned retail HR professional, she is commercial, pragmatic and results focused. As a line manager she empowers those in her team to take accountability whilst developing their ability to be commercial business partners.
