I am a qualified social welfare advisor working in citizens advice Gateshead. I started out as a volunteer in May 2018. My role includes advising and supporting clients face to face ot over the telephone in a variety of social welfare issues including debt, benefits, housing and employment. Within my role I assess clients for food bank.
