  Prepared, executed, and achieved a strategic business plan to develop a regionally focused business on Vancouver Island from almost nothing to ~$2M+ revenue each year. Drafted construction specifications and drawings, and managed the tendering process for two major landfill closure and improvement projects, completed field construction inspections, and issued certificates of substantial and final completion. Collected and reviewed contaminated site investigation and landfill monitoring data, wrote reports to support MOE permit applications (waste, discharge, mines act). Contributed to proposals and business development.
