As Claire’s manager at Tough Mudder, I can’t say enough about the team she built and the following she has developed. Under her leadership, we have maintained (and grown!) a highly engaged, global group of volunteers for whom she is the primary point of engagement on Facebook and in customer service. Due to her department’s efforts, the company avoided tens of thousands of dollars in incremental event staff spend. She built a strong, drama-free Workforce team with two brand new members after unexpectedly taking a manager role at the start of the year. Claire’s work this year has been far more than the sum of several discreet tasks.
