  In my role as a call facilitator, I was answering calls from children to the national Childline service. I found this role to be both challenging and rewarding in equal measures. In 2013 I was invited to become a group mentor. This role involved being involved in the training of new call facilitators and in guiding new facilitators in dealing with difficult issues during our regular shift.
