I worked within a multi-disciplinary team to provide support for young people, aged 12-25 years. I conducted assessments, case formations and developed treatment plans. I provided brief and ongoing individual therapy with clients presenting with a range of mild-moderate presentations using CBT, ACT and schema-based treatment approaches. Clients presented with depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, substance use, gender and sexual identity issues, disordered eating and psychotic symptoms.
