Working with Claire at Gordon Wilson and Associates for over two years was refreshing to see a dedicated, hard working, eager to learn Gen Y throw herself into understanding the principals of insurance. I believe with Claire’s hard working family farming background has grounded her to strive to be her best at whatever she does and embrace all challenges directed at her. Claire’s ability to question and dig deeper into the processes stood out as curious and genuine. Claire also excelled at suggesting fresh ideas into an efficient modern way of system operating procedures. I believe Claire excelled at the core elements of her role as an Assistant Broker. Attention to detail in the Insurance Industry is important and I believe that strength of Claire’s when processing a clients business insurance requirements exceeded expectations. While Claire career is growing, I find her an inspiration to take the giant leap of risk to work overseas in a predominately Non-English speaking country and stick to her goals and never give up attitude.
