As the office manager for Mexico Caravan Ministries, I am in charge of facilitating communication with U.S. and Canadian groups and additionally responsible for the organizations finances. During my time here I have accomplished transitioning the organization to an online donation platform and integrated the platform with the organizations QuickBooks. Increasing donations received significantly and providing the organization with a new platform to receive intern applications and group registrations. Another accomplishment I have completed was creating a handbook with resources and detailed information on policies and procedures the Office Manager is to follow.
