In charge of all the technical aspects of food manufacture within Rosie and Jim including quality and food safety. I am managing the day to day activities of the technical department. I am leading and developing my team by giving them clear objectives, training and setting up regular meeting including one on one. In 2022 we are very proud to have achieved a brillant result for BRC for the first time the site is grade AA and in 2023 AA+.
