After taking maternity leave for 10 months from November 2015 I returned to my Supervisor role full time and soon after was promoted to Business Support Manager for all 6 responsive repair units.After recruiting and training the replacement Business Support Supervisor for my existing role, my focus was then to spend time in our regional response offices assisting with new staff and operative inductions and training. I was also involved with new office mobilisations as we won new response contracts in various regions across the country.I was also part of several development teams including: The Procurement Card Project Team, successfully rolling out electronic purchase cards across all of our responsive repair units and the SharePoint User Group responsible for the ongoing development of the Ian Williams Intranet.During 2017 I studied to successfully achieve my Prince2 Practitioner project management qualification.

I Joined Ian Williams in June 2013 as Business Support Supervisor, which was a newly created role to introduce and establish a Business Support Team at head office when the decision was made to centralise business support from the local response unit offices in to one team based at Head Office. During my time as Supervisor I was responsible for a team of 5 Business Support Assistants providing administrative support to all response units within the company which included: Cardiff, Warwick, Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester and Leeds. The Business Support Team work closely with these response units to provide dedicated support for all administrative, procurement and payroll requirements on a daily basis. I was responsible for recruiting and training the initial team as well as the ongoing recruitment and training development plans for the team. I was also responsible for the development and implementation of processes and procedures between head office and the regional Response offices.After taking maternity leave for 10 months from November 2015 I returned to my Supervisor role full time and soon after was promoted to Business Support Manager for all response units.
