I met Claire through connecting with the Bucks, Oxfordshire and Berkshire Volunteer Management Forum. Claire is the Chairperson. I cannot recommend her enough. I have been so impressed with her dedication, professionalism, and enthusiasm for volunteering. In these sessions Claire created a space for professionals to come together to discuss common challenges and opportunities facing Charities in the Museum sector, I found these sessions inclusive and supportive. I have learned so much from being involved it has provided me with a platform in which to plan and steer our volunteer strategy to support our charity’s goals. I love that Claire puts her focus on solutions rather than on difficulties, and is focused on the wider picture of bringing volunteer managers together to develop themselves and organisations.
