  As the general manager my work is very broad, I oversee many activities, including recruitment, staff training & appraisals, manage budgets, statistical & financial records, I deal with customer queries and complaints, event management & sponsorship, overseeing pricing and stock control and digital marketing to list a few of my responsibilities. I enjoy multi-tasking and it is an essential quality for a business like ours! Gymaid supplies trampolines and gymnastics equipment to schools, leisure centres, clubs and homes across the UK. Customer satisfaction is the heart and soul of our company, so it is essential for me that we provide the highest quality products, as well as the best equipment servicing and customer service possible. My parents own Gymaid, so I am personally invested in making it a success. We are the sole UK supplier for Eurotramp and AirTrack Factory products and proud to be the official equipment supplier for British Gymnastics, English Gymnastics and the Trampoline & DMT League. I am a former International level trampolinist (in my younger years) and proud mum of 3 children who have all enjoyed the sport.
