  My key responsibilities of working as an advertising sales executive is to work with clients, existing and new, to create advertising solutions in our fantastic regional titles and online. I love the creative side of my job, where I can spend time thinking about adverts that will work for my clients, and that they will be proud to use. I work with my colleagues and other departments to try and think of new ways to create revenues through platform development and specific features. In recent years it has become increasingly more important to keep up to date with technological and digital changes so that I can work with my clients and company to ensure that they work hand in hand with each other. As company director for South Tyneside lifestyle choices CIC I work with my business partner to apply for relevant funding, meet the requirements with the cash flow for the funding, keep all administration up to date and network with many healthcare professionals in the area to help promote our services. I also share responsibility for the content of the weight loss class (particularly on the nutrition side) and help run these and provide support to all my members to ensure they reach their goals. As I director I am also involved in an all party parliamentary group for a fit and healthy childhood and contribute to their working group reports to help advise legislation. Show less
