Claire has done a fantastic job as our mission intern responsible for food acquisition and food wellness. Her attention to detail and follow through have been tremendous as we ask our mission interns to "juggle" quite a few plates at one time. She led the way on a COVID inspired, food education and wellness initiative we refer to as Recipe in a Bag everything from planning the recipe, to helping in the video shoot and ultimately delivering the bags to our shoppers and always with a big Claire smile 😀. She also has done numerous presentations to our staff and various groups in the community around the topic of food, nutrition and wellness. She has an extreme passion for educating people on health, wellness, nourishment and food. She will be a great addition to any team looking for a team player with strong administration skills, good follow through and the ability to lead a project.

During my time working beside Claire I saw her constantly working to exceed set expectations. She is extremely easy going and provided a sense of tranquility to our office environment.
