  -Serve as the primary campus liaison for the student service units at SPH's Newark location-During supervisor furlough and absence, serve as Acting Director of Student Support Services-Promote well-being amongst students by providing supportive listening and crisis intervention to appropriate student services and resources when needed-Independently lead SPH's Office of Career Services for a caseload of 700+ students, designing and facilitating all core programs and resources including career advising, resume/CV/cover letter reviews, public health career resource guides, and job, internship, fellowship and scholarship databases-Collaborate with student clubs and academic departments to plan and host Alumni April, an annual, month-long career networking and panel series-Co-led the development and implementation of a virtual New Student Orientation course and associated programming and tech support provided to 150+ incoming students-To date, have held 300+ one-on-one career advising appointments, achieving a student satisfaction rating of 95+%-Designed, produced, and piloted a 10-week wellness-based career services curriculum, Be Well to Do Good, to support students’ alignment of personal health values/actions with public health professional identities and goals-Compiled references, developed advising and support recommendations, and designed and produced content for a series of 20+ student resource guides-As part of SPH's contact tracing task force, evaluated applications and recommended hire for 1,000+ health professions graduates to serve as the first cohort of contact tracers for the NJ Community Contact Tracing Corps (CCTC)-Develop programming for students on identified areas of support, such as mental health, emotional well-being, study skills, time management, academic planning, etc.-Advise yearly cohorts of eight to ten 21st Century Scholars in aligning their academic and leadership roles with professional pursuits and development while in school
