  I have six years experience of working with individuals with profound Neuro-disability at a registered medical charity. I managed a Recreation and Leisure service supporting the needs of individuals in long-term care and leading services that provide support for rehabilitation. Developing arts in health programmes and working with families and carers was the main part focus of my leadership role. As a team our services lead high profile fundraising appeals in support of capital bids, facilities and new projects.
