Bio
Clara Boissenin (She/Her)
After I wrote the Work Package on local community engagement for the H2020 project WaterLANDS, Claire took over the leadership of all co-creation and community relation activities from the launch of the project. She quickly grasped the essence of the Work Package, which made for a smooth handover. She has demonstrated strong leadership skills as well as excellent social research competencies, from design to data collection and analysis. She managed the Prospex Institute team, helping them navigate fieldwork across different wetlands in Europe, and supported the project’s sites to launch their local engagement activities as part of the project. Claire is a trustworthy member of our team: more junior staff members are confidently growing under her guidance, and more senior staff trust her judgment on all matters related to research, design, and team management.
Lucas Alves Felipe
Claire is an extremely competent and dedicated professional, with extensive experience in the Strategic Partnerships area and in Institutional Relations Management. With her hands-on profile, I can say that Claire is very committed and interested in generating insights and new ways to get better results. She always brings innovative ideas to the table, continuously updating her skills. I had the opportunity to work directly with Claire at the technology consultancy BlueShift Brasil, where she masterfully performed the position of Alliance Manager. Claire was directly responsible for managing more than twenty technology partners. Highly organized and focused on results, she developed and monitored the engagement action plan for each partner based on their business objectives, ensuring excellent results for the company. Her commitment ensured that every quarter, the investment received from marketing funds (MDF) increased considerably. With an enormous facility to get used to any type of situation, I can say that Claire is a born leader, with a sense of responsibility and urgency, always attentive with a detailed eye to follow business plans very carefully. She is very clear in conducting the necessary alignments, reporting, and engaging stakeholders. I recommend Claire - I'm sure she will be a great asset to any team! I would be happy to work with her again in the future.
