After being a people manager for awhile, you can easily tell if someone has the drive to succeed or if they’re just present to do a job. The first time I met Clair, he had a spark that lit up the entire training room. The myriad of attributes he displayed blew me away: professionalism, drive, actively participating, asking questions and relevant points led me to believe he was different. He was. I had the honor of watching Clair walk into a new company and succeed. Among the strengths he brought to the table, sales and service were number one. His emotional intelligence, ability to empathize and ability to advocate for the customer are advanced.
