I met Claes when he was managing the start of the Nobis Hotel project. It was great meeting a managing director, being so involved in all the aspects of this hotel - in order to create the best experience for the guests and also the staff and other people involved. Claes had a strong vision of not only making the hotel the best 5 Star hotel in Stockholm, with respect to design, food, building etc - he did also understand what the modern business traveler - or if travelling for pleasure - needs from an IT perspective. We got the opportunity to deliver the wireless system that could manage all the guests and all their devices simultaneously at high speed. Also making the staff able to use the WiFi infrastructure for telephony. I can recommend Claes to anyone needing a manager with a clear vision and the ability to make people engaged to wanting to fulfill the goals sat and bring out the best of their potential.
