Likes solve ineffciency of the workplace to bring order. Goes the extra mile when needed for the guests and aswell for her colleagues. Anwsering telephone in a friendly & professional manner. Handling lost & found cases. Creating ,cancelling & anwsering questions for room or restaurant reservations. Arranging concierge requests and is knowledgble about our hotel property systems in the Hyatt Regency hotel. Checking-in and checking out reservations. Implementing & making S.O.P's for the front office departement. Very good researcher for information when inquires are made by guests or colleagues. She is also good communicator internally and externally. Her charisma and good dose of life brengs postivity in the team. Lastly I would like say that it is sad to see a excellent colleague leave but I wish her all the best in her carreer and life.
