  I was in charge of the development and management of the after-sales service in the company RENZ which manufactures letterboxes, parcel boxes as well as connected lockers. The company is highly commited in IoT projects (connected letter boxes and parcel boxes) and I'm currently taking part of those news challenges by being responsible for different daily tasks : -Maintenance : put in place a FDMEA approach, carry out the maintenance instructions tasks for troubleshootings (technical… Show more I was in charge of the development and management of the after-sales service in the company RENZ which manufactures letterboxes, parcel boxes as well as connected lockers. The company is highly commited in IoT projects (connected letter boxes and parcel boxes) and I'm currently taking part of those news challenges by being responsible for different daily tasks : -Maintenance : put in place a FDMEA approach, carry out the maintenance instructions tasks for troubleshootings (technical support), define the preventive maintanance plan, select and follow-up of the subcontractors on site (support for diagnostis, root causes analysis and repairings), responsible of the SLA (Service Level Agreement). -Spare parts management : define the storage management for each spare part, support for defining the commercial price of each item -Commissioning & Installation : plan and supervising of every equipment set-up on customer's property (4 installers + 1 field service technician) -Call center : technical support (level 2 & 3), software updating deployment throughout France, bugs reporting at the European scale. Technical backgrounds : mechatronics, notions in cooling systems, proficiency in Human -Machine Interface made by RENZ, CMMS. Engineering backgrounds: maintenance (FDMEA) and dependability (RAMS).
