  Lendio is a marketplace for small business financing. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Lendio was critical in delivering private and public (PPP) loans to small businesses. This was the busiest time in company history. I assisted the CEO through it. Meaningful dates: * Mar 11, 2020 - COVID-19 hysteria hits the US * Mar 27 - Donald Trump signed the CARES Act ($350B set aside for small business loans. Additional $320B approved April 24. Additional $284B approved Dec 21) * Mar 30 - My first day at Lendio On my first day, I fielded calls/emails from news outlets such as CNBC and Bloomberg for interview requests with my boss regarding the funding process for PPP loans. On my second day, Lendio announced plans to hire 200 employees to process loan applications/funding. During this time, I worked closely with HR/Facilities to coordinate work from home plans, return to office policies, and company events.
