Simply put, CJ is a young and innovative marketer with fresh ideas that are backed by true ambition and passion. I have the pleasure of being on the same team as CJ at D-Link. Whether it was contributing ideas to the big picture, being the voice behind products, or developing content or marketing vehicles to drive brand awareness and recognition, CJ continues to delivers and does so with a purpose. He has the unique ability to enable networking and security products to sound appealing and enticing, and can sell you the story behind it. Not only is he a creative and strategic thinker, he possesses a keen knack for sales and brand association - all great qualities of a well-rounded Product and Content Marketing professional. Whether he is buried knee deep in a project or has multiple tasks with no end in sight, you can be confident in having a helping hand when needed. His can do and will do attitude coupled with his professional skills exemplifies his character and type of person needed in a fast-paced industry. CJ is a content marketer by trade but a brand ambassador and kick-ass growth marketer by instinct. I had the pleasure of working with CJ in a variety of projects during my time at D-Link and his contributions exceeds the definition of a content or creative marketer. He is smart, ambitious, eloquent, creative and technical - a great and rare combination for a marketer who owns the creative spin and voice for projects like product positioning, brand recognition or content strategy. Time and time again CJ will pick up a project, whether it's a blog post or strategically building a content plan, and bring back suggestions that go above and beyond expectations. His unique voice and personality shines through in his work and it's a joy to see topics as technical as "IP camera specs" come alive with the energy and excitement he integrates into his projects. Yet, his personality extends beyond his writing as well. In any project, he volunteers to collaborate and bring another perspective to the table as well as a positive attitude (no matter how tight the deadline). I've enjoyed seeing his perspective drive more success with programs and help team members and leadership break out of the "status quo" to optimize and lead with a customer-first innovative mentality.
